If you need a ladder for any of your small pets, I highly recommend this brand. I bought this for mice, but I’d wager hamsters and small birds would also have a blast with them. I love that you can choose the length.

Nicely made, looks like it will last

I bought this ladder as a replacement for one my cockatiels chewed up. The first one to arrive was broken in half because it wasnt packed properly. The second one had no improvement on the packaging. This ladder is only 3 wide from edge to edge, compared to the 5-6 width of my other ladders. Its really too narrow for them. Otherwise, its a good basic ladder -- but labeling it for small/medium parrots is simply wrong. After 40 years raising parrots, I can only recommend this ladder for budgerigars and parrotlets -- parrots 70 grams or less (cockatiels range 80-100 grams). Cockatiels, quakers, small conures, etc. really need a ladder in the 4-6 width range.
