My gaming laptop was filling up so I needed an external solution. This was a great solution.

I am giving this 2 stars because the ad shows an all black case, and the one I received is black with red and blue stripes (which I think looks cheap). I really dislike it when product photos do not reflect what the actual product looks like.

I like how small yet durable this case is. Its been knocking around in my bookbag (I am an A/V Professional) and it houses my Samsung T5 SSD. Here are just a couple of notes from my journey so far:

The design is stupid, It says its made for Samsung T7 and the T7 comes with 2 wires but you can hardly fit 2 wires inside. This case is only made to fit 1 wire and what if you need the other wire and dont have it because you can only fit one of them inside the case. I recommend you go look somewhere else unless you only need 1 wire.

Bought this external drive for storage when I was traveling. Great product nice and light and comes with two cables one USB-C and one USB A.

Perfect size! Fit perfectly and protects just as expected.

The case is compact--important since one of the SSDs advantages is its small size. The body provides sturdy protection. The velvety lining keeps the drive from contact with anything that could damage or scratch, and the zipper moves freely and smoothly. The inside pocket is tight enough to lift small cables away from the drive when the case is closed. The wrist strap seems unnecessary, but it unhooks easily. The included cable ties, too, are an extra, but they are unusually substantial, so its nice to have them. First-rate case.

This is my second case for my second Samsung external hard drive. Drive fits perfectly in the vase nice and snug and room for the two cables that come with the drive. Great case.
