They let you know when to expect your package and it arrived on time. It was packaged well and came in good shape. Ive had two balloon pumps before this one and this one is far superior. The others your fingers would get tired holding the balloon on. This one has a great groove that holds the balloon on without touching it at all. I use this in training and need a balloon pump I can depend on working. This jist might be it!

Saves a lot of time blowing up balloons. I gave it 4 stars because you need to be careful how you place the balloon on the tip or they will pop. Need to smooth the edges.

If it werent for this balloon pump, our Qualatex 260Q Twisting Balloons would never have been blown up. These balloons are crazy to try to blow up!! The pump works great. Took a little practice, but after a few balloons, I got the hang of it. If you are using this to blow up the Qualatex 260Q Twisting Balloons to work into shapes, watch Balloon Animals videos on You Tube! I have learned so far to make assorted animals, assorted swords, flowers, etc. And I just started learning a few weeks ago for my 2 year old son.

Great pump to have if you’re not looking for helium tank, doesn’t take up much space, it’s easy to use but if you’re pumping up a lot of balloons this might not be efficient, otherwise it comes in handy!

Worked as advertised. I was up the night before my daughters birthday, and blew up 100 balloons with ease and without having a headache from blowing up by mouth. The balloons were easy to tie (these were regular, round balloons, not ones for making animals with) and lasted several days. Each balloon took just a few pumps and it was ready to go.
