I attempted a few days later when I had time and reviewed all the videos of YouTube and read the Seneo owners manual. It does not come with an adapter to use with the enclosed USP cable and the specs require the top of the line QC 3.0 version adapter (most expensive). It seemed logical that this was the problem, so I ordered one. Upon arrival, I tried again and the small green power light would come on, but stops in 10 to 15 seconds. Trying the iPhone on the unit (just in case) did not ever engage the charging mechanism...several tries. Finally, I attempted to reach customer service (very difficult to locate any contact information) and found after 20 minutes of listening to a piano and Your call is very important to us (BS), it will be answered by our first available agent, I packed it up and authored this review.
