It doesnt charge as fast as it should. The prongs collapse too easily when I plug it in the socket.

The Anker wireless charger did not come with the wall charger. Should have come with one as part of the unit.

it looks nice and i thought itd work great, but it rarely does a fast charge on my Essentials PH-1 phone. So as a charger yes, it works; but as advertised fast charging its kind of skimpy. Charger itself was getting a little warm and refused to fast charge my phones from time to time. You would have to plug it in multiple times for it to start charging rapidly which was the whole purpose of the charger.I ended up returning it and not replacing it with another Anker branded charger. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for a more reliable wall charger.
