To small for me , couldnt get a good strong fit without choking the hell out of me .Had to leave it loose . I have a 19 neck .

I do demolition derby and never had one decided this last event was going to be rowdy as end of the year blow out. It was a little stiff but I attributed it to being brand new. defiantly still functionable. I tell you what I dont know what it did but Im sure if I didnt have it I would have been way stiffer in the morning or possibly injured if I didnt have it. I dont have much experience with neck braces but for the money its defiantly worth having believe me.
