These are the absolute best knives Ive ever used. I was gifted a set years ago and eventually all three disappeared. When I decide I needed new knives there was only one name on my mind. You will never regret choosing RADA.

They are a nice size and very sharp. I ordered another set as a gift set to someone that enjoys cooking. Best utility knives I have found yet.

Nothing to dislike

I have had a paring knife for the last 35 years. Got tired of going to my daughters and not having a good knife to cut up or peel potatoes. So I purchased her one. My son in law asked where I got the knife and if they had more sizes. So purchase was made. Love the fact they are made in the US.

These knives are simple and sharp. The blade dulls fairly fast but if you get the rada sharpener they are easy to sharpen and keep sharp. The aluminum handles do tarnish with time. Do not soak or put in a dishwasher and they will stay shiny longer. The set contains the most used knives for me, but I also use a chefs knife fairly regularly. That can be bought separately. The smallest is nice for cutting fruit and veggies, the middle knife is good for removing fat in meat and general cutting, and the longest is good for cutting up large portions of meat to freeze individually or other bulk food and meat cutting.

These were a gift from me, to me. And I love me for getting exactly what I wanted. They are sharp, they are sturdy, they are great.
