This cutlery is excellent! It is durable and if sharpened is very sharp! I have gotten very spoiled and only like to use these knives. They will stay shiny if you keep them out of the dishwasher. Buy the makers sharpener too. They cut great. I use the paring size all the time. Ive given them as gifts too. Super affordable.
