> 24 hourI wear a size 26 in pants and it says that l/clear will work for my size. Maybe my thighs are to big because they broke apart in an instant. Before I could even get em up. Ive been using them as huge pads instead putting shorts or undies over them so they can stay on. Its been working well enough.

> 24 hourOk so I’m currently 25, but after having my second baby last year my periods got much heavier than they used to be on days 2-4 and I was leaking through even the honeypot postpartum pads (on the sides of the pad) so I needed more protection. I now wear these usually during the day and night on days 2-3 sometimes 4 and I’ve not had one leak. I sometimes also put a regular pad inside these so I can just switch out the pad and prolong this period pad/underwear’s “life” lol so I can wear it for a full day and be extra protected. Never worried about leaks anymore it’s such a lifesaver. I wouldn’t wear these if I had to go out, however, I wouldn’t wear a jumbo pad either, I prefer to stay home on heavy period days or wear a super plus tampon (but that only lasts about an hour on heavy days IF THAT) I can no longer live without these

> 24 hourThese are very comfortable. I usually wear a size 4-6 dress and bought the S/M size. It fits perfectly. I usually use menstrual cups, but since Im having an abortion, I knew I needed something more. I usually have a very heavy flow monthly and lose about 300 ML per cycle, easily over 100mL per day in the first 48 hours. So I knew this would be more, and it was. I also had to pass more uterine tissue than normal. These helped me so much that Im going to buy them regularly now for the first day of my normal cycle. They are leak proof until theyre full of course, but they hold a ton of blood. I can easily get a full 9 hours of sleep without worry about leaking whatsoever on my 100mL+ flow days, and thats more than with any other menstrual product Ive seen (cups, pads, tampons, etc...). These are sooo comfortable! It feels like a nice pair of cotton underwear. I dont even notice Im wearing it. I have to admit, I busted out laughing when I first put it on, but I put on my clothes, felt comfortable, and didnt give a hoot! These are awesome!

> 24 hourI have been using these for months now and I love them!! I wish I had known about these when I was younger. I primarily wear these to sleep in when on my period, but have worn them during the day if needed and never had an issue with wearing them under clothing. I have never leaked out of these. Sleeping on my period used to be rough because I would always leak no matter how careful I was, how many layers I wore, or how much I didn’t move - I would still wake up with blood in the sheets. Not with these Rael disposables!!! Seriously a life saver for good sleep on your period. I can move freely and not have to worry. I don’t even need to wear pajama bottoms with them. Let me tell you - they even saved me on my wedding day!! Of course my period had to come 2 days before my wedding, leaving my wedding day as my heaviest flow day. I changed the disposable underwear a few times since I was at my venue over 12 hours that day. These kept me from getting any blood on my wedding dress. I am 5’6” 240lbs and the L/XL are snug but not uncomfortable and they do loosen up a little after putting them on. I also have very sensitive skin and these do not give me chemical irritation. I promise this is not a paid review - I just really love this product and I’m so glad my mom found these for me. 29 is never too old to live your best period life…period!! I’ll see myself out now lol

> 24 hourPretty good!!! They absorb really well & I have very have periods at the start of my cycles. I went 9 hours wearing them one day and had no leaks. Comfort wise I think they are okay. The always period sleep brand underwear fit better to me. Wish these hugged more. Not as “diaperish” feeling. However they are a Good option.
