Once you get past the negative thought of wearing a diaper, you will LOVE these. I have never had a child, and I dont have any urinary issues, so for a while, I thought this kind of approach to period health was not open to me. Thank you Rael for making and marketing a product for everyone, even those who havent been through these experiences! In theory, reusable underwear is great, but its not always possible or practical, especially when traveling. When traveling, put these on with leggings and a large sweatshirt that covers your butt and no one will ever know. :) I am a true size L/14, and the 14+ size is even too tight around my legs. This is a bit concerning, as I am the very lowest on that sizing scale, but I saw someone else say to tear the seams just a little bit for extra room at your legs, and that has worked for me.

These period panties are great. I’ve tried the Always brand before and almost gagged every night because of the strong smell. I love that these are unscented and individually wrapped, super easy to toss one in a bag if I’m doing an overnighter. They are very absorbent too. I used to use a tampon and an overnight pad on my heaviest nights, but sometimes I would still leak. These I use with or without a tampon and I don’t have to worry about leaking. It does take some adjusting to wear plastic-ish underwear but overall they’re very comfortable to use.

Theyre not as absorbent as I would like for my heaviest days, but theyre the most comfortable period protection that Ive ever worn. I will continue to buy them. If your periods are extremely heavy like mine, you may have to put a pad inside to avoid leaks.

Pretty good!!! They absorb really well & I have very have periods at the start of my cycles. I went 9 hours wearing them one day and had no leaks. Comfort wise I think they are okay. The always period sleep brand underwear fit better to me. Wish these hugged more. Not as “diaperish” feeling. However they are a Good option.

I wish I had found these 40 years ago! These are perfect for nighttime use during my period. No more wearing multiple pads, no more poor sleep worrying that by shifting position I will shift the pads and leak blood, and no more having to wash sheets every morning because of bloody leaks despite all my worry! Thank goodness I found these for my daughters earlier in their lives!

Loved these! Just had my second baby and bought these for the after care. Never leaked through (I bled a ton!) Were soft and comfortable. I bought the large. Im a 6ft 220lbs at birth I also have big thighs. It was super stretchy but not hanging loose. I got the 2 pack and it lasted me 3 ish days. Like I said I bled a lot. Would definitely get these again
