> 3 dayI bought these for postpartum care. Pre pregnancy Im usually a size 4 or s/m in almost everything so I thought these would fit. I definitely needed a large but I ended up having a c section and not being able to wear these since they were not high waisted enough unfortunately. They seem like a good alternative for overnight pads when I do heal though.

> 3 dayThese are absolutely AMAZING! I cannot count the number of hours of sleep Ive lost due to worrying about leaks at night. With these I know Im protected and can sleep soundly. I like boy shorts style panties and I could never find a pad to fit right because most overnight pads have wings. Ill be honest I was worried the band being tight around the things would lead to a rash but day 2 and Im rash free!

> 3 dayI love this product. I started with an 8 pack and two days in to my cycle, I bought the 16 pack because I realized these were about to be my go to product. I have a ridiculously heavy flow and I often have to change clothes due to leaks from other menstrual products. I must say that these disposable underwear have made me feel confident and offered me a certain level of security that I have never had in my 20+ years of having a period. Also, I do think that the organic cotton and lack of chemicals have definitely worked in my favor this cycle. I feel fresher and I havent had any irritation down below. I have recommended these to my sisters and will recommend to any person who is struggling with their cycles.

> 3 dayI honestly love this. Currently using during postpartum right now. Day 1 of course was heavy bleeding and I didn’t leak not one drop of blood was on my clothes not one!! Very impressed by that and by how comfortable they are. Gave 4 stars because of the sizing to me is off and I think it would help better if they added a M/L Size because I had both sizes that they offer S/M is too tight on my thighs but it’s not unbearable and then L/XL fits my thighs and bottom well but goes above my navel.

> 3 dayOk so I’m currently 25, but after having my second baby last year my periods got much heavier than they used to be on days 2-4 and I was leaking through even the honeypot postpartum pads (on the sides of the pad) so I needed more protection. I now wear these usually during the day and night on days 2-3 sometimes 4 and I’ve not had one leak. I sometimes also put a regular pad inside these so I can just switch out the pad and prolong this period pad/underwear’s “life” lol so I can wear it for a full day and be extra protected. Never worried about leaks anymore it’s such a lifesaver. I wouldn’t wear these if I had to go out, however, I wouldn’t wear a jumbo pad either, I prefer to stay home on heavy period days or wear a super plus tampon (but that only lasts about an hour on heavy days IF THAT) I can no longer live without these

> 3 dayThese are great if you hate the feeling of pads sticking to you at night or bunching. They are soft and stretchy but don’t have gapping, so no leaks. The absorbency part goes up high in the front AND the back! With the Always brand I had tried before, I found the back did not go up high enough. These underwear don’t curl inward by the thigh area, so everything stays contained and dry. They are definitely too diaper-like to wear out under pants, but great for at home and at night.
