> 24 hourOpens and closes very smoothly, the vents help to control it on windy days, and it’s sturdy and beautiful!

> 24 hourJust plain horrible. The quality control people must have been wearing blindfolds.

> 24 hourLiterally five of the spokes snapped off on day one and it was unusable. Sent to back. Had a different one by a different company and it wasn’t cheap plastic.

> 24 hourWe have very robust rain storms in South Louisiana, at times so blustery that it rains INSIDE the umbrella. I thought that this version might solve the problem of the umbrella turning inside out or allowing rain to get under the umbrella. This design is so cumbersome that I am loathe to carry it unless its actually raining and I have no choice.

> 24 hourSo disappointed. Its a beautiful umbrella but the opening mechanism is awful. I was standing in the rain this morning for three minutes trying to open it. The button barely pushes in and the little catch piece doesnt move. Definitely a design flaw.

> 24 hourThe umbrella we were shipped couldnt be opened because the button was too big for the space above the handle. This was either a poor design or the handle was inserted too far up the frame. We will be returning and hope to get it replaced with a better working opener button.
