It didnt work for me but I had no problems returning it. I looked it over via a good computer, and it looked like it should work. It just didnt work for me. These things are excellent and if you need one, this was a good price, got here fast, and the return policy was like insurance. I cant do anything but recommend it.

Only worked while the disk was in the computer when i took it out ....it went back to not working

This did nothing to fix my computer. A gross waste of money and total ripoff

It says simply put disc in and let it work. Wrong. It won’t read, load or work. I’m trying to re set password or just turn laptop on, without password, or just erase it all and start over, which I don’t mind, nothing works.

It wasnt as easy to get it to run but after a few tries it work. Its not a boot this though.

It claimed to be a boot disk and that function it performed well. Many of my USB ports were disabled and I could not control the system. The boot disc booted the system and enabled the ports. My problem could only be solved by Reinstalling Windows 10 Using a Reinstall file from Microsoft, which had to be started from a USB device after the DVD Drive Booted the system. Therefore you downloaded the Reinstall file from Microsoft to a USB Jump Drive. Then boot the system with the Boot DVD. After the boot go to the Jump drive ant double click the Setup .exe file.

Dont work

Read the fine print. This is not a installation disk and it uses GPT partition. If they had put that in a bold letter I would not have bought it.
