> 3 dayThey provide a piece of paper with an email. Some have already uploaded a picture for that. Overall I can say that this CD only have a compilation of already free software out there to troubleshoot your computer. The difference is that they will boot into a windows environment so you can run them from them. But it won’t really fix some of the issues, some are just so you can run them from the CD, others won’t even open because you need to but the premium software. This is not a CD with a software that will help you fix your computer. I ended up making a bootable CD from my laptop on a USB and I was able to work around that. The CD, not worth my money, there is some website that explains how to use it, but it’s no brainer.
