I purchased this bat for my son as he is in his first year of tball. It is very light weight; he has no problem swinging ii with is for a 5 yr old. It seems to be very durable as he puts it through the ringer, from tossing it to knocking it on concrete. It has withstood the test of time so far.

We got this for my sons underhand pitch league. It was his first year and ours too as baseball parents. There is a surprising amount of choices and things to concern yourself with when buying a baseball bat. So in short, this worked well for us. Our son is 60lbs and 50in tall. This bat was used by him and several of the kids that were smaller than him. The color scheme and looked fit right in with the other kids. I would not recommend getting this size for a bigger kid, it seemed a little light for our son but was good cause he was still trying to get his swing down.

Works great for my 4 year olds TBall. Light. Firm. He can identify it in a pile when we are done playing. He loves it.

My 9 year old daughter loves this bat. We use it in the back yard for practice. It is very lightweight and powerful as well. She has learned the swing technique very well using this bat. We have tried others but this one she loves. Highly recommend it.
