Tried all the settings to fix tracking issues. When lifting the mouse or just randomly, it becomes unresponsive. My table works better.

Alles ist zwar tip top, jedoch hat mein Mouse Pad eine Fehlproduktion (siehe Foto). Bei der Hotline wurde mir gesagt, dass ein Umtausch nicht möglich sei und ich nur das Teil zurückschicken kann und das Geld dafür erstattet bekomme.

I love this mousepad. If you read the reviews, you will see that most of the negative comments were about Version 1. Version 2 is much improved! Its a shame that so many of the top-listed reviews are for V1.

when using a laser mouse, the tracking is impossible to use. i use a razer naga v2 and its never had tracking issues before. it tracks fine on my cloth mousepads, or on my desk with no mousepad at all. but when i introduce the firefly v2, the tracking is so bad that i have to just put another mousepad on top of it.

The rgb does not match my razer mouse nor my razer keyboard (specifically the turquoise/light blue preset color) but a good mousepad otherwise.

My only complaint is that the default brightness is a little too bright. So I must download the software to adjust it. Aside from that, this is awesome.
