> 3 dayAt least I got the product. Shipping company brought it to the incorrect house but I got it immediately after. The shipped package box was not opened, but inside the shipping box, the product inside was clearly opened before. The seal has been sliced off. No paperwork (warranty, stickers and other Razer goodies) was found inside the box, only the mouse pad was inside. The product itself works fine as intended but the other contents were stolen wherever the product was before being shipped. Knocking down a star due to Amazon stealing contents inside the package before they shipped to me. There is still a serial number to register warranty, but the papers themselves are missing which may be important for other products.. Poor on Amazons part as employees open up packages and steal contents inside before shipping.

> 3 dayWay more accurate with a harder pad plus all you need is a wipe no washing or anything plus more longevity. The rgb is just WOW matches my huntsman v2 analog just perfect.

> 3 dayI really like this RGB mousepad. It adds to the look of my Razer Black Widow v2 Keyboard perfectly and sync well through the Synapse software.

Greater than one weekI really wanted to like this pad, but I absolutely cant. The surface of this pad is pebbled and can be felt when moving the mouse. Its very difficult to move the mouse to a precise position due to this. This might be acceptable for ordinary computing, but for gaming its definitely not OK.

> 3 dayLove this mouse pad. Works great out of the box, but unfortunately after about 6 months of gaming the center of the pad has worn out and no longer glides smoothly. The whole point of buying a hard surface pad was to prevent this so Im pretty bummed. I really love the RGB function, but having the surface wear out so soon makes it hard to recommend, especially at this price. Probably going to get a more durable mouse pad the same size to put on top so I can still keep my RGBs without having to deal with the uneven surface. Eventually the hardware/wiring on the inside is going to be exposed, I can already see it through the spot thats wearing thin. Id spend your money on a more durable pad!

> 3 dayIt looks stunning with the rest of my RGB setup (keyboard, mouse, mouse charger, and headphone stand) but its also very practical for gaming since the material makes the mouse control as smooth and quick as possible.

> 3 dayGreat mouse pad. Hard surface for very fast glides that work great on fps. The lightsake it very cool especially at night. The light display is customizable and works fabulously. Almost gets in sync with my Razer Krakens. Love it

> 3 dayI got the v2 as my v1 has a weird slight bulge on it. It did not feel flat and caused dead spots for mouse tracking. Got the v2 on the desk and my mouse (Mamba TE) has no clue what is going on. Wont track to save its life; wont calibrate in Synapse either. Pulled out an old cloth generic mat and mouse works fine. Old v1 mat still works fine minus the dead spots. Will dig into the issue more before returning, but so far v2 was a waste of money.
