> 3 dayAfter receiving this product, I started to notice a bulge forming in front of the keyboard after a very short period of time. I tried gently to flatten it out but, it just seemed to be stretched. I reached out to Razer directly and they hemmed and hawed for 12 emails back and forth, having me try different techniques to fix it, or just telling me to try just flatting it out, as if I hadnt already exhausted all measures to fix it prior to reaching out. I honestly got so sick of their customer service just refusing to replace it because after 4 weeks of emails, I still hadnt gotten any close to a fix. I recently had to have a razer deathadder mouse replaced from a broken scroll wheel, which took 4 months to complete the RMA, and it is just not worth it for this mediocre product. Does it look good when its normally flat and synced with other Razer peripherals? Sure. Did it hold up at all to my limited use of it? No. As you can see from the pictures, it curls up around the edges, and looks incredibly stretched. Amazon didnt want to help in the first place as I was outside of the 30 day return policy. So now Id just rather everyone see the possible way this product could turn out for you in the future. Just get a normal mouse pad, thats what Ill be replacing this with. However probably not a razer one this time around.

> 3 dayRazer synapse 3 is terrible to use and is only compatible with newer products. Thought I could pair the rgb with my razer deathadder chroma and man o war but the mouse and headset only work with razer synapes 2. Just a heads up if you want more yummy rgb effects to sync

> 3 dayPeople complained about it not laying flat out of the box. I had no problems with mine. I took it out of the box unrolled it and it set flat on my desk. It looks great paired with my Razer Mouse and Razer Keyboard!

> 3 dayreally neat, clean look. Packaging was simple and no wrinkles or any defects out of the box. the RGB is smooth, with the exception of the corners looking a little brighter than the rest of the edge. Wasnt showing up on synapse 3.0 at first but after updating it, it showed up and gave me the flexibility and features of the synapse app. A little too pricy though.

> 3 dayTrash never laid flat and warranty is void if you try to stretch it

> 3 dayIve had the grey/pink deskpad for about a month and its already dirty even though I rarely eat near my desk. Also a common issue is the rgb not being as bright on the right side due to the light being only at the top left corner. This might bug some people who want to have light colors since the right side gets a dark muddy orange hue if you try to set a light white/blue color. Really would not spend $60 for this again but I like the dimensions of it and its very comfortable for gaming.

Greater than one weekVery minor ripples in two spots at first that are completely flat after about 30 days. Lights are even all the way around. Material and stitching are nice. It bothers me that my older Razer keyboard (Blackwidow Ultimate) needs Razer Synapse 2 software, while this requires Synapse 3, so I have to have TWO Razer programs running at the same time.
