The only reason I got this mat as opposed better mat was to match the rest of the pink razer kit. So just like other reviewers have said, it did no lay flat at first but after some easy massaging and setting some books on it the first couple days it relaxed into a perfectly flat position so no complaints there. It does this because of the light tube that is sewn into it and it semi-rigid and the cloth is not heavy enough flatten it out after being shipped rolled up in a box. Just be patient it will get better and may need a little help.

Confort

I like the mouse mat, the edges are a bit rougher than I was hoping but its comfortable overall. Also I noticed that its brightest next to the hub where the USB plugs in, but thats to be expected as thats where the light comes from and theres not LEDs all around the mat like the firefly.

Theres not a lot to say about a mouse pad, other than this one lights up. The RGB (Razer Synapse software required) is great to use. Easy to customize with a lot of zones and is very bright. My only minor gripe with this mouse pad is that the wiring is off to the left and not in the center. If youre using a wired keyboard, then that wiring is likely in the middle of your desk space while this mouse pad wiring is way off to the left. It managed correctly, it is barely noticeable, but still wouldve looked better hidden behind the keyboard if placed in the center of the pad. It does collect some dust and lint, but is easy to wipe clean with just your hand.

Lighting works well and very vibrant. Can customize colors/pattern with the Razer Synapse software easily. Lays flat! Solid purchase for any setup needing more RGB.
