Right out of the box I saw the tip had no cap. I snipped it off, used the caulk, it worked fine. It was a hot day so it was a little gummy, but I didnt think of that ahead of time. It went on okay, wasnt hard to clean up the messy bits. I had no old/spare caps around so I wrapped the tip in tin foil and plastic wrap with a twist-tie to make it tight and keep it from drying out. I only needed a small quantity today, so if it dries out despite my wrapping, Im going to be annoyed to have to buy another when this tube is almost full.

This is great for bathroom and kitchen sinks.

Its really only good for like one standard alcove tub. The rest of it is still in the tube and somewhat difficult to get out. Therefore, youre wasting some of the sealant. Even as I applied a fair amount of sealant, there were still some cracks in the sealant once it dried (even with weighting the tub down with a tub full of water). And no matter how much I tried to use an angled cut nozzle, I still had to use a sealant trowel for a somewhat smoother angled finish. Once dried, it turned to a slight pinkish color. But for touchups, it should do the job. For reapplication or new installation, caulking gun is still the best way to go.

Worked well for a quick recaulking of my bathtub. I did use a caulk tool to scrape edges, but the caulk itself was easy to work with

I ordered two of this product and neither came with the white cap to close the tube after use. I had to put duct tape around the top in hopes that will prevent it from drying out.

These come in handy in a bunch of ways. Good to have on hand. A bit more liquify than regular caulk but I’m not complaining for the easy of use here.
