Greater than one weekThis isnt a bad keyboard for the money. While it isnt the best keyboard it seems to be one of the top ones in its price range. It definitely is not for FPS or esports gaming but its still an excellent general use and casual/RPG/strategy gaming keyboard. Personally Im not a fan of RGB but I never knew what a difference a backlit keyboard in solid green could make. In fact this keyboard is the only RGB I use on my rig (My mouse is RGB but I have that annoyance turned off.). Update 05/31/21 : I purchased this keyboard in mid-December 2019 and it is still functioning the same as the day I first got it. Ive had no problems with it whatsoever. No sticking keys. Backlight functions are still working and the brightness hasnt diminished. Honestly I can see it lasting another year and a half which is exceptional for a budget keyboard.

> 3 daydont buy this model. It is out of date and unsupported by the manufacturer. Ther is no software or driver to control the random light pattern and brightness. Works great as a pure keyboard but I find the changing and shifting color patterns annoying and distracting. Battery life is not in the same league as Logitech wireless keyboards. I would put better batteries in it if it had a battery access panel.

> 3 dayI personally got this keyboard in part because it has reduced- height keycaps 6 mm as opposed to the standard 10 mm. If you have been using reduced- height keycaps for years like I have there is no way you are going back to full height. I tried out a corsair k55 keyboard and honestly it felt a bit like I was on a type-writer....not comfortable for me at all, haha. This keyboard is overall comfortable, quiet and responsive with just a couple caveats. This is an excellent value proposition if you want an entry level RGB non-mechanical keyboard with reduced-height keycaps. Pros: -6 mm Keycaps and responsive to the touch- does not require too much force to press -Durable and light weight design overall -RGB lighting with adjustable brightness control and static (7) single color illumination setting. I dont use the changing color controls but they are definitely there for those who want those as well. -No software required to set up RGB or have hanging around in the background as a process or program -Having some multimedia buttons and the function key is a plus for music/using calculator/etc. Cons: -No multimedia volume control buttons. Function key + F2, F3, F4 to reduce/increase/mute sound It seems rather redundant to have F1, F5-F12 + Function key serve the same purpose as included multimedia buttons. Easily two of those buttons could go to volume control. I almost never use the search or refresh page multimedia buttons. -No height adjustment for the legs and the keyboard is overall bit bulky in size, not sure if i really need the palm rest. I took off the legs to reduce the tilt (pretty easy) and put something else underneath to prop it up just a bit. -Spacing between Keycaps is bit tighter than it needs to be. A bit more spacing would decrease the chance of erroneous key presses. -ABS plastic shows finger smudges rather quickly and exhibits surface wear more readily when compared to PBT keyboards. -RGB Illumination of many keys is not complete (ex: the center see-through line on the spacebar is just 1/3 illuminated. The hyper X alloy by comparison has superior key illumination but does not allow you to keep a static single color. -Slight bit of pushback resistance/jammy feel on key presses, repeated key presses (especially arrow keys) are a bit louder than you might expect Note: Despite being a relatively responsive keyboard on single key presses, this keyboard along with a number of newer membrane keyboards out there on the market have a small delay built-in for repeat key presses, even after changing windows settings. This will in most cases only be noticeable for games that require a lot of repeat key mashing combos that require particular timings. A simple test for this issue can be done by playing LF2 (Little Fighter 2)

18-11-2024This keyboard set me back $40, and it was quite the bargain. The keys have a nice texture and the keystrokes are very responsive. The media shortcuts work immediately after I plugged it in. I find myself using the search and calculator shortcuts the most. The backlighting is helpful and you can easily find the keys you are looking for in a dark room. The LEDs turn off after a few minutes to conserve power, which is understandable. I had to charge it once in two weeks. That is pretty good considering I use it for work as well as play. It pairs really well with UtechSmart Venus Pro RGB Wireless MMO Gaming Mouse.

> 3 dayThis is a nice looking keyboard, feels alright, good for the price. A couple of things for note: 1. Redragons website has available drivers for download on their site. These dont really do anything. 2. The onboard RGB is only a 7-light RGB that is solely controlled from function keys. There are several lighting schemes to choose from, but it does not sync with any other Redragon software like the M901 that I own. 3. The keys arent totally silent. They are far quieter than my last keyboard, but its more than likely still a membrane keyboard more than anything.

> 3 dayAll in all this is a decent keyboard. It is qu8iet compared to my last one, which is nice considering the gf sleeps in the same room as the computer. The lights are nice and the feel is good. My only complaint about this product is the sleep timer. It kicks in way too fast. If you stop typing for a few seconds your keyboard goes dark. There needs to be a way to increase the time on this. If I was able to control the sleep timer this would have received a 5 star from me.

> 3 dayI got this keyboard because I was looking for a cool colorful one, and a bit quieter. I am a fast, and loud typer I guess you can say for the office. this keyboard is not SILENT it does make a noise but it is soooo much quieter than any keyboard I have purchased before. I dont feel like everyone can hear me in the office typing. I am still figuring out all the keys, as far as color changes ect. I am not sure how it works for Gaming, I am not a gamer, As I said I purchased this keyboard simply for the look of it and the feel of it, it feels great.. Plus for the price, I couldnt believe the price and how great it looks and feels. It feels like a high quality ergonomic keyboard.

> 3 dayThis keyboard works fantastically. Its fairly silent (though not entirely), has adjustable lights, and very convenient to recharge while staying connected. Only weird thing I found about this that really bugs me personally since Im a Firefox user is that for some reason, the shortcut Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P doesnt work. Even weirder is every other method works, such as Left Ctrl+Right Shift+P, Right Ctrl+Left Shift+P, and Right Ctrl+Right Shift+P. I even tried it on my laptop keyboard and it works fine. I even tried the Edge equivalent (Ctrl+Shift+N) and it works fine, but for some reason, its just the Left Ctrl+Left Shift+P that doesnt work. Its sad that Im returning this keyboard for this reason, as this keyboard is fine in everything else.
