I found this keyboard a bit lacking. The lights dont hold memory and returns to the default flashing rainbow every time it gets powered on. This is not a gaming keyboard; just like any normal board with led lights.

This is a nice looking keyboard, feels alright, good for the price. A couple of things for note: 1. Redragons website has available drivers for download on their site. These dont really do anything. 2. The onboard RGB is only a 7-light RGB that is solely controlled from function keys. There are several lighting schemes to choose from, but it does not sync with any other Redragon software like the M901 that I own. 3. The keys arent totally silent. They are far quieter than my last keyboard, but its more than likely still a membrane keyboard more than anything.

so I have 2 of these keyboards one for work and one for home gaming love them and bought one as a combo deal but came separately. this is the only problem I see is there two dongles, not just one. I would like them to get to the point where you can add more than just one to each dongle like Logitec dose. It takes up ports and doesnt like placing hubs on the port. also if they could sale more replacement dongles that be awsome too. I have a 1/2 keyboard and mouse I cant find the dongle for and dont want to replace full unit

I like to try an electronic for awhile before I review it and after using this keyboard for 10 months I am still thoroughly impressed with it. It’s lights still work wonderfully, it functions the same as it did out of the box, and it makes a quieter version of a mechanical keyboard click. I bought the white version and it fits my pink and white setup very well. I also love that the rgb is pastel on this one! Highly recommend!

The Keys are not that quiet, but slightly quieter than my last. Not great but Good overall construction. I havent experienced any lag yet. However, I am not a heavy gamer. When its plugged into the usb to charge it acts like a usb keyboard which is a good thing. Nice colorful backlit keys. A good budget wireless gaming keyboard.

Good keyboard response when clicking. Very comfortable and the lights are a bonus.

Ive had no issues with this keyboard. Wish the lights were brighter.

They keyboard works great. The only bad thing is that it is not very bright. It is just bright enough that you can see it in a dark room but not during the day. For the price it is good enough for most people.

As my headline says, I was disappointed as a Prime member that the Redragon K503 took 8 days to arrive from the date of purchase. Ive had other Amazon Prime items delivered in 2 days (even with COVID-19 rules about priority) that were not under the priority list. When you are paying $120 monthly for Prime it is a disservice to customers to have big delays like this. Im near a Fulfillment and Sorting center (under 12 miles) so 8 days to me is excessive. The seller could have done much better, and its why I could not in good conscience give 5 stars accross the board. Packaging This did not arrived in an Amazon box, if it was optional I didnt notice that on the main product page. The keyboard box was beat up, very dusty, and I was concerned that it was damaged (I lucked out with no damage or scuffing of the keyboard itself). I am so disappointed that Amazon gave this as an option to only use manufacturer packaging. On the security side there is a theft of property concern, less quality of protection for the product (like bubble wrap, or shipping air pillows). Honestly Amazon should be promoting itself with their logo and boxes not the manufacturers. Dont really care if this was about saving a tree. My items need to be secured, well packaged, and not looking like it was drop kicked. Redragon K503 Review. The Redragon K503 is a great illuminated keyboard and compared to my AZIO KB506 (5 color now discontinued) is a real upgrade. Though the Redragon is not a mechanical keyboard, the keys feel like it is without the noise (great when recording a game). One thing I did learn is that when you first plug in the keyboard the upper most hotkeys (Computer, Browser, Calculator, etc.) arent active. I had to reboot Windows for them to begin working properly. Thats probably a driver in Windows 10 that has to load on a reboot. Might work with a rescan using Device Manager, but I never tried that. I do wish the Redragon K503 had large print fonts like the AZIO KB506. Much easier to read for those who dont have perfect eyesight. LED Control There are a lot of people wondering how to fully control the LEDs. Lighting is controlled with the FN key using the INSERT, DELETE, HOME, END, PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN, and the 4 arrow keys. Yes you can turn off the lighting with FN Page Down. The speed of the breathing and chase effects are controlled by the arrow keys. There are 7 solid colors (white, blue, red, green, chartreuse, aqua, and Amethyst (purple). Stationary and chasing gradient colors are available for those that have asked. Breathing/Pulsing effect If you cant get the breathing effect to stop, Ive found that FN Page Up will change to gradient, and then pressing FN End should stop it. And yes you can control the brightness using the UP and DOWN arrows with FN) I do like that you can lock the WIN key instead of a pause break function. Its a nice feature when gaming in full screen because you dont have to worry about accidentally bumping that key when playing. The Rounded Lines Im not sure why many of the keys have rounded line under a good portion of them. Unless they are specific indicators for gamers for certain functions (like inventory, reloading, etc.). Button paint fade Some have mentioned that the keys tend to fade (the flat black paint in my case) prematurely. I noticed this the first day I received mine with the spacebar. After a few uses its getting more glossy. The manufacturer should look into why this happens with light or normal use. For what its worth I am a power computer user (recording, mixing, mastering, research and gaming) so as I keep using the Redagon K503 and run into issues I will update this review and product rating.
