> 24 hourOnce the drivers were installed this worked great. The first time I plugged it in nothing was installed and it worked very poorly. I almost returned it but I gave it another shot and it has not given me any problems.

> 24 hourI have a corded Reddragon that use on my desktop and its awesome, 10/10. So I thought I would try out the cordless version to use with my laptop. It feels really nice in the hand but the sensitivity/reaction time is terrible. Its really hard to click on small things and make minor adjustments. I use it for gaming but since its with my laptop I also use it for accounting. When Im working with excel sheets and trying to select cells or drag them, its so difficult. Anything that involves trying to work with something small/requires precise movement....its super infuriating. I have the settings turned up to max. Im switching back over to my basic, cordless Logitech for the time being because it actually works better.

> 24 hourThis is a good, inexpensive mouse. It seems to have Teflon-like pads on the underside and glides with little effort across the mouse pad. The buttons are easy to click. My only negative experience is that there is a button near where my thumb rests that causes the browser to go back to the previous page. Until I got used to it, that feature screwed up the game I was playing a few times. Otherwise, its a really good mouse for a low price. I would buy it again if I needed another mouse.

> 24 hourI must say i felt it was a bit heavier than my previous mouse (which was a normal wired asus mouse) but this mouse feels really durable and sturdy. i must note at times i feel the mouse cursor get disorientated which is odd, maybe from the pad still trying to figure it out. also when not using it gets to sleep and the mouse turn off and you have to click to make it turn on again but it take 2 sec which is annoying at times. pros: durability cool lighting con : little heavy too small for my hand ( for a 5.7 ft man )

> 24 hourI cant give an accurate rating of this product at this time. I did not purchase it for myself, I purchased it for a Christmas gift for our grandson. He wanted a wireless gaming mouse so I purchased this one.

> 24 hourI purchased this July 2019 and by August the mouse was not working (the receiver broke, I discovered). After sending a request for customer service to Redragon, I got a reply within 2 hours and they helped me diagnose the problem and will be sending me a new receiver. I give this +1 star for comfort of use, +1 star for gaming usability, +1 star for battery life, +2 stars for customer service, and -1 star for receiver quality. Overall, Id recommend this product to people in need of a comfortable gaming mouse for a low price.

> 24 hourIm not a heavy gamer, but this mouse performs exceptionally well for the games I do play. When not gaming, the mouse moves smoothly without shaking. It glides nicely. Also, theres not much RGB action here, but it does light up a bit. I purchased other Red Dragon products in the past including a RGB keyboard and computer speakers. Im always impressed by the quality of the companys products. And the price is agreeable; it wont make a huge dent in my pocket.
