> 3 dayI bought this because of the price. A nice backlit keyboard, a mouse, a mouse pad and a set of earphones with mic for $40 bucks. I had no intention of using it as a gaming setup but rather as a good old Windows keyboard. Looked nice but half the stuff I typed had missed or uncapitalized letters, the enter key did not work, and other keys did funky things. I realized the keyboard is set up for gaming input but there has to be a way to set the keyboard to a standard Windows layout. I posted in a few sites where this was discussed without anyone coming up with a workable solution. I wrote to the company that makes these and was told they have no customer service department to deal with hardware questions. Nice. So I think if you have a 8 year old to help you set it up it could work for you...otherwise forget it.

Greater than one weekAfter a week and about 8 totally hours of use, some of the keys and the mouse buttons started to squeak. I love the color and brightness control on the keyboard, and its comfortable. I dont like that the mouse is only red. I dont care for the sound on the headphones either. Havent tried the mic. The mousepad is large and smooth.

> 3 dayokay, to start off....this is a very nice feeling keyboard and mouse. the keys have like a textured matte feel to them. and the lights are amazing! there is a lot of settings for the lights: bright, dim, dimmer, off. and lots of colors and they do shine through the keys. the mouse has these removeable weights inside...that honestly....I wouldnt remove. I kinda like the heavier feel of the mouse. and it is comfortable in my hand. the downsides to the keyboard and mouse are: they dont save their settings. there is no software for the keyboard. only software for the mouse. but even with the software for the mouse...it doesnt save my settings for it. even after i click apply in the software. so i set my keyboard color, and i set my mouse DPI setting, and cursor speed. only to see that if i shutdown my computer and turn it back on in a day or two....the keyboard forgot my setting and does the NEON DEMO. and the mouse forgets my DPI and cursor speed setting. pretty annoying to have to reset my keyboard and mouse everytime i start up the computer. if these things were addressed, or didnt have this issue to begin with....i would give 5 stars. but the fact that its fresh out of the box everytime i startup my PC and i have to adjust my settings before i even do anything....REALLY bumped it down for me.

> 3 dayI would give this a lower rating but for the price, its not a terrible gaming set if youre on a tight budget. The only complaints I have are that the keyboard keys have a mushy feeling to them. Gamers and typists may have trouble using this keyboard because of that. Also, the build quality of the keyboard and headset seem very cheap. Other than that, the mouse and mousepad are pretty great and again, its not a bad bundle for the price.

> 3 dayIts a nice keyboard. Positive feel but not overly loud clicks. I wish you could just set it to one color and not have it cycle through the rainbow but there are options on colors. The two key volume control is super annoying but does work... I guess. Mouse is nice enough for the price. I dig the only red led light. Have not used the headphones yet.

> 3 dayRedragon, has always been a go to for me when I need peripherals on a budget. The mouse has a decent sized braided cord, the LEDs are bright the mouse is lightweight and fits nicely in my hand. I have very small hands and most mice tend to be HUGE. I have 4 of these keyboards, and Ive only every had issues with this one my shift button didnt work. Got an instant return UPS picked up the defected package at my house and I had my new set in 2 days. The mousepad is soft and easily accommodates any mouse I have. The stitching around the edges is tight and the mousepad lays flat. The headset is the only thing in this package I do with without. The plastic to me feels a little cheap, the sound quality is ok but no great. I wish the cord was longer. The headset its self is extremely light. I did buy this set for the headset though. 10/10 would recommend if your just starting out and need something to get you going or if you want to have a backup set laying around incase something happens to your current set.

> 3 daythe keyboard and mouse work great and the mouse pad is a plus but the headset is a waste it is cheaply made and flimsy you can feel how cheap it is when you pull it out of the box 1 wire to control the speaker and mic no volume control and no way to mute the mic over all it is a great set but to save money buy the keyboard and mouse without the headset to save money.

> 3 dayOverall its a good product for the money. It does feel cheap, which makes sense because it is cheap. The keyboard and headset seem to do the job just fine. The keys on the keyboard are a tiny bit on the hard and slow side of things, so I could see how someone who is a very competitive gamer might want a fancier keyboard. Im fine with it though. The RGB lights look nice, you cant customize the light for each individual key as far as I know, you just choose between a few patterns, as well as the speed and brightness. I like it AND I could live without it. I like how the headphones cover the ears. The microphone doesnt come in front of your mouth. Its good because Ive had people complain before that they could hear me breathe. I was afraid it might impair the volume from my voice, but people have been able to hear me fine, so thats good. It comes with a cable to join the headphones and the mic plugs together for devices that have only one plug for output and mic, and Ive tested it and it works just fine. I have an issue with the mouse. It might be that theres a minor defect on the mouse I received. The right click feels weird, and also, the right click sometimes gets stuck when my finger is close to the center of the mouse. It works ok when I click with my finger close to the outside edge of the right click, but it feels unnatural, and distracts me or slows me down from what Im actually doing. So, I might have to look at having the vendor replace just the mouse.

Greater than one weekThe headset is ok, a little tight, presses against my ears, they will begin to hurt after time. Keyboard types gibberish nothing could set it right. Mouse is a good feel, nice textured main buttons and braided cord. , so far so good. I have requested a replacement. May revisit my rating if it works out. I have no comment on the mouse pad as I do not use soft pads. Edit: 2 stars to 4; New keyboard sent out right away and received the next day. Works perfectly.
