Replacement Sander Pad for Makita 743081-8, 743051-7 - Fit Makita BO5041/K, BO5010/K, BO5030/K, BO5031/K, XOB01Z Random Orbital Sanders - Standard 5 Hook and Loop Sander Pad

This item has no value to me. The heading for this item stated it would fit the Makita B05010 palm sander. I was trying to save a few bucks but when I mounted it up I couldnt get the three holes aligned without cross threading the last of the three screws. Save the trouble, buy a Makita replacement!

Used for two small jobs and now it no longer holds the sand paper... garbage

Mounting holes dont line up. Hook and loop doesnt hold sanding pad (Im using new Diablo pads). Its cheap, but not worth the money.

Just what I needed as the original threw sanding discs all over the shop

I bought this to use with a DuraGrit carbide sanding disc on a makita orbital palm sander. Ive used it quite a bit and the disc it still as stuck as when i first put it on so this is definitely a good pad.

Poorly made. The holes from the top half did not line up with the holes in the bottom half. Worthless. Could not use. Im returning it for a refund now that I ordered and received an actual Makita made replacement. The one from Makita costs twice as much but, it fit and works perfectly. I learned my lesson!
