LOVE these! Im used to the elastic/plastic bands that roll up way too often. These dont do that. They dont have the same range of motion that my super-stretchy-always-rolling bands do (you cant use these to do exercises that require you to place one side around the thigh and the other around the foot and straighten the leg) but they are fantastic for everything else! These stay in place no matter how much I move and really work the muscles. Love them!

Great set. I ordered it for active warm-ups. They look small (rather Im overweight), but the stretch is great; I can pull them to my thighs. This combination of materials is amazing! Cute, sturdy, NO SLIP! I use them for full body exercises and to enhance my pilates. I appreciate that they have the resistance stated clearly on each one. I highly recommend the set!

These really work and they do not roll up like the rubber ones. I still use both because my instructor uses both, but I like these most for comfort and resistance. Rubber ones I get more motion in them, but I would rather have greater resistance like in these.

Product is exactly as advertised! Seems to be good quality and thick non slip bands. I was skeptical about the resistance levels, but that heroic band is no joke! Worth the purchase.

I love how these bands came with their own pouch. Im very disorganized so it helps me keep them together. Also, they are very strong, they dont ride up, and they dont come with the dreaded booty band smell that some brands do.
