Rio Grande Games Dominion Empires Game for 168 months to 960 months

One of the best Dominon expansions, up there with Hinterlands and Dark Ages. Highly recommended for experienced players who want to shake things up.

Major Improvement in the game of Dominion.

Our 20 year old son asked for this expansion game for his birthday, and since usually he has a hard time finding something he wants we were quick to execute. My husband and 2 sons played this several times while they were both home for a few weeks at the beginning of the summer. It is somewhat complicated, and they are both better at it than we are, but after a few times weve gotten a lot better at it. This gives them an opportunity to instruct us and give strategy pointers, and it has been a fun family game. Worth the investment to learn the game!

A fantastic expansion to an already great game. Adds a new Debt mechanic, which adds a lot of debt when debt cards are in the game! The new events and landmark cards shake the game up even more, with the landmarks providing what basically amounts to new scoring rules throughout or at the end of the game. Definitely not an expansion Id pick up as your first or second expansion, but if you at least have stuff like Seaside or Prosperity or Intrigue then its definitely worth a buy.

Love this game and this is our 5th expansion. We never tire of the game and play it at least 2-3 times a week.
