It appears really sturdy and will likely protect my device if dropped—but ONLY if it’s completely zipped closed. I would have liked to have had (1) BOTH an additional elastic strap holding the device and (2) the strap that’s currently there (and any additional ones), to be much, much tighter. Because the elastic is not very tight, if the case is open and it falls, your device is pretty much guaranteed to fall out and hit a hard surface.

Great case and I love that the accessories compartment has a zipper. I keep cords and adaptors and my flash drives in there and I dont have to worry about them spilling out when I open the case.

This wonderful little case will protect my CD reader and leaves plenty of room for cords. It has a durable outer shell that I feel will withstand every day usage.

For the DVD burner I got the case for, it gave me room to put everything in the case and not have a cramped case of stuff.

Perfect fit for my Cocopa external CD drive, its not at all cheap or flimsy and the red trim on the zippers matches my drive (not really a selling point but I like it) Most of the cases I could find were just soft covers with zippers and not a hard shell on the outside. I was worried that the dimensions would be off, the CD drive height is 1.0 inches and this case says it is .9 inches but it fits great with room to add anything in the zippered pocket. Nice clean, firm external cd/dvd drive case. Fits my drive fine, has a great honey comb padding on the inside. Room for my cables and media as well.
