RND Over Door Wreath Hook - Thin Metal Overdoor Wreath Holder Seasonal Hanger for Front or Back Door (White, 12)

I have several wreath hangers that I have used on exterior doors (SM FG, Steel and 1-3/4 Mahogany) in my last 3 houses but they are packed away in storage so I figured I would just buy another one. We have a standard smooth fiberglass exterior door and this wreath hanger is way to deep to fit the door properly. It over hangs 1/2 on the exterior door and almost an 1 on 1-3/8 solid core interior doors. In order to prevent it from scrapping and twisting, I had to duck tape the top of the hanger to the door and use double sided tape along the whole hanger to keep it down. Perhaps I got a defective one, but for $9 Im not impressed. I picked up a $2 hanger from the dollar store for a new wreath we just bought and that one fits perfectly so Ill be returning this one.

I went through two different hooks of different thickness for my front door that is really tight on the seams. This one worked out great and my door is able to close with this mounted on. I would give it an additional star if it provided for an adjustable length like other hooks but Ill take the fact that this is thin enough and works for my needs.

Looks and feels acceptable should last forever simply because its not a wear and tear item. Colour matches well with my door.

This hanger works much better on my door than a thicker one, which would not allow the door to close and lock sufficiently. It would be nice if it were 1-2 longer for my 22 wreath, but its workable.

Sturdy enough for a wooden wreath,good price!

this is the only door hanger that fit over my door and allowed me to close the door. tried many others. This one was perfect.
