Robin amiibo (Super Smash Bros Series)

My Wii Fit Trainer amiibo arrived on time and was in great condition. The figure itself had a few imperfections (a few paint splotches), but these things happen when a product is mass produced. Overall a great product.

The amiibo arrived earlier than expected, it is very well designed. I always loved Luigi from the Mario franchise and it is a great buy for fans of Mario and Super Smash Bros.

My item arrived damaged. Shipping box fine. The item is bent and torn all on the top of the package. I’m a collector and for what I paid for I expected a new, great condition and packaged well item. When I purchased the item nothing stated the item was used or damaged. So why send a damaged item to someone?
