I confirm that Tikom is the best robotic vacuum cleaner and I am glad that I did not make a mistake when I bought it. He finds garbage even in a clean room, perfectly cleans the house and washes it. Before that, we had a Robot for 2 years, it did not work badly, but this Tikon is my favorite and assistant. I love quality things, not cheap ones, I enjoy interacting with them. I advise everyone to buy only Tikom, this is the best vacuum cleaner and you will be very pleased with it.

After much deliberation I purchased this guy to replace my Neato D5. It is so nice to have a vacuum that does what it’s supposed to do. Despite daily vacuuming with the Neato, the first time I ran this one I was floored (haha) by the amount of dust it picked up. The coolest thing is that you can track it real-time in the app as it cleans, so when it got stuck the other day I was able to use the manual clean cycle to maneuver it just enough to get it unstuck so it could continue on with its journey. I don’t intend to use the mop cycle, but am very impressed with the vacuuming cycle.

Gets lost and wanders or cant get out of a tight spot and just keeps cleaning the same spot until you move it

I love this, my floor is always clean now because of it. It vacuums really well! The mopping function does not mop well, but it is good for maintaining the floors clean. I use the mop function the days after I mop with a regular mop, its good for that.

10/10 on the vacuum. This has been a wonderful purchase. I dont use my regular upright vacuum any more since I got the Tikom vacuum in July. It methodically goes through the floor, row by row and does a great job at picking up all the dust and cat hair. Its not too loud, but you could hear it if you listen for where in the house it is. The dust bin needs to be emptied about every 500 sq. ft of floor space with 2 cats and vacuum every 4 days or less. I love that the bin can be washed with water. The mopping option is nice too, but would score it a 6 out of 10 as it just get the floor wet with very light mopping action. But its still nice once in a while cause more than I am willing to do. Their support is very good as well. I installed the mop the wrong way (LOL) and the mopping function wont engage. Their support emailed me back and forth after some troubleshooting with pictures of the right and wrong way to install the mop. Sometimes, it IS an user issue. The robot vacuum does get stuck if you have very low clearance spaces and accessory wires and foreign objects along the pathway of vacuuming, usually under some table or behind the sofa. You can see/hear how hard it struggles to get itself out of the jam, and once all attempts have been tried, itll say Im stuck or something stuck. then you go and pull it out from the jam. The vacuum came with a long strip of metal tape, in case you want to prevent the vacuum going where you dont want vacuumed. I cut mine in half with a scissor. I found vacuuming smaller spaces that flow together is more efficient battery use than just let it go anywhere it wants to go. That way, you can be sure that area is cleaned before the other areas in your house. And starting at an edge of a room is better than starting in the middle. Mine can vacuum and mop half of my 1000 sf. ft. house before it runs low on the battery and need recharging. Overall, I am very happy with this vacuum, and would highly recommend it to people who are not really into cleaning their house. Because once your floor is cleaned, big portion of your chores are done. and compare to the Roomba (I had 2 before), its a much better workhorse in function, feature, value and efficiency.

I have four robot vacuums. This one is the best so far. More powerful than others. Mop works well, but it doesn’t scrub at all, just wipes. I use the mopping feature each time to keep up with the need to mop.

After two weeks of comparative research among different brands of robot vacuum cleaners, I bought the Tikom G8000 Pro. I gave it to my daughter to try since I’m only visiting and do not live here. After the first cleanup with the Tikom G8000 Pro, both my daughter and I fell in love with it! Its cleaning is immaculate. It’s user friendly and easy to set up. Even the mopping function is surprisingly effective! Equally important is the customer support service, which exceeded my expectations. I am a fully satisfied customer and highly recommend the Tikom G8000 Pro to anyone who wants to enjoy a clean home using a really smart robot vacuum and mop!

    Greater than one week

With six kids and three dogs my floor is always dirty! I like the idea of daily sweeping, but with our schedule that is not reality. I was against the idea of a robot vacuum as I have never hired anyone to clean my house and considered it a luxury. I bought because the price point was amazing. I had no idea what to expect, but I am thrilled with the purchase. Andrew (I have no idea why my 12 yo named him Andrew) gets more dog hair and dirt than you can get with a broom. He gets in nooks and crannies very well. I start the cycle when we head to bed and wake up with a clean floor. I also run the mop part every night. In the morning the dirt bin is full and the water is empty. I still mop with my shark once a week as we bring in a lot of dirt. It is an easy mop as there is no dirt. It has gotten used to our downstairs and is more efficient than at the beginning. I brought it upstairs and was surprised it worked up there too - I guess I thought it would just have memory for one floor. Upstairs gets swept and mopped once a week. I have two bedrooms with carpet. It picked up dog hair and maybe some dirt. It got stuck under a dresser drawer and a trundle bed - I am guessing that the carpet makes it easier to get stuck?? It is amazing on my hardwood and the bathroom tile.

This worked amazing for first 3-4wks and now its not cleaning at programmed time. This had made a world of wonders in keeping my kitchen floor clean from the cat litter and keeps under the table from collecting cat hair...past 2wks though its not cleaning at programmed times and I clean after every use so not sure whats going on but if you have cats these are a must have.
