I am very pleased with this device. It is the 3rd robovac I have had and definitely the best. It vacuums most of the house on 1 charge, needing 2 if some of the areas that are blocked off are opened. For mopping, it does a good job and usually takes 3 charges. When I have had questions or issues, they are very responsive. They respond by the next business day. I had one issue that was a software issue and they had a patch the next week. I suggest getting the self emptying charging station, SD80. Highly recommend.

I have only had this product two days, but I have to say it is awesome! As a round the clock caregiver to both an elderly parent and a fully disabled spouse, and working full time I was searching for something to make life easier and take on some of the day to day tasks. I cant do a comparison as this is my first robotic vac/mop, but I did research prior to purchase as I was looking for certain features and this product was the best fit and at a better price than some of the others that seemed to have less features and more negative reviews. Out of the box the online tutorial was easy to follow for setting up the vac and app. Wifi connection was a bit confusing at first but once it was connected it was ready. I didnt fully charge at first as I am impatient with new gadgets and wanted to see how it operated. It immediately took off and mapped my house perfectly. I was very excited at how fast it created the map. The initial mopping setting was on middle and in the photos you can see that it done a fairly good job. I have no complaints. They Y shaped mopping does get up your basic spots and pet tracks. More stuck on spots would need more elbow grease. The vacuum suction works extremely well as we have dogs and lots of hair floating around on the laminate. It had no problem getting it up. I really appreciate the fact that it can get under the beds and those hard to reach places to clean. It navigates really well as I have two padded mats in my kitchen and it goes over them like a breeze. I will say make sure there are no cords it can get hung on. I do have to refill the water tank once during its mopping, but thats not a deal breaker for me. Vacuuming on eco it can do the whole house without recharging, but when mopping it gets 3/4 of the house and then will recharge to 80 percent and pick up where it left off. I have not had any issue with it finding the base. All in all I am well satisfied with this vac/mop combo. I would definitely recommend it.

Wont work without phone app. Phone app costs $25/year to subscribe. Phone app will not allow access to this device. Zero customer support. 2 weeks to get account credited. Dont waste your time, like I did.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly... The Good - this vacuum works well on hard surface floors. But that is the very least I would expect from any robot vacuum. It doesnt take much to sweep dust and crumbs off hardwood or tile. The Bad - performs only mediocre on carpet. It will get most loose particles on the surface but does not get dirt deep down in the carpet. It is fairly lightweight, so it seems to me that it cannot push down to create good localized suction. The Ugly - the mopping feature is utterly useless. It lightly drags a water-only dampened cloth across the floor, which does absolutely nothing. This vacuum is inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for. I would not buy it again.

My experience so far with the Lubluelu 2 in 1 Robotic Vacuum Cleaner has been great! The robot vacuum came with everything I need to get started right away including some extra filters and brushes. I have used several other robot vacuums in the past and let me tell you, the Lidar feature makes this vacuum a game changer. I feel like this vacuum is much smarter than ones I have used in the past and find that it does not crash into walls and other objects in my room nearly as much as others. The vacuum itself has powerful suction which is great for maintaining my floors during the week. I will say, like any other robot vacuum it does sometimes miss pet hair or is obviously not as powerful as a full size manual vacuum. My favorite feature of the Lubluelu vacuum is the app that maps and controls all of the vacuum features. I was able to get the vacuum setup and connected to the app in a matter of minutes. The only issue I had was initially getting the vacuum connected to WiFi but figured it out after fully reading the provided instructions in the Smart Life iOS app. After getting everything connected and setup, the vacuum turned on and moved around my home creating a very accurate map of the floor space using its Lidar. Once the vacuum was finished and returned to its base, the app actually automatically identified individual rooms in my home. By doing this, I can now use the app to select a specific room I want cleaned and tell the Lubluelu to clean one room, multiple rooms, or every room. The app also lets you add up to 5 restricted zones which means the robot will not clean those areas you identify. This is especially useful if you have furniture that causes the robot to get stuck during cleaning. The mop feature is new to me on a robot vacuum and I have primarily used only water in the Lubluelu reservoir. It does a nice job of surface cleaning hard floors but is not a total replacement for mopping or cleaning hard floors by hand. The robot automatically knows if it is able to mop depending on whether or not you have the mop pad attachment connected to the dust cup. The vacuum comes with 2 mopping pads, this is plenty but you may find you will want additional pads which you can order from Lubluelu. Overall, very happy with all of the features this little robot vacuum has to offer especially considering the price point. I think Lubluelu offers an exceptional value with this product. The iOS app and Lidar features are probably the best things about this robot vacuum. Very happy with this item and the level of suction/cleaning power it offers.

Er macht was er soll. Saugen ist kein Problem, Wischen, naja bei circa 50qm ist bei Auswahl mittlerer Wassermenge zumindest. Teste noch niedriger Wasserverbrauch. Die App ist brauchbar aber nicht perfekt. Ich werde weiter Beobachten. Hätte mir einen Tank mit anscheinend mehr Wasser bestellt, aber das Modell das ich habe, hat anscheinend schon den größeren Wassertank. Die extrem lange Ladezeit ist enttäuschend

review update: after posting our original review the company reached out to us in regards to our negative views. They did manage to do a app update and that fixed the scheduled time issue we was having. They sent us links to the parts that are available. The smaller liquid bin is what it is but it’s definitely not a big deal. we only need to fill it every other day. after running it everyday since it was delivered it is still running strong. the vacuum part does an excellent job of keeping the dog hair up before it mops. I would highly recommend this product. it’s a pretty good product for the money. we have a couple negative views on it but not a deal breaker. 1 - can’t find replacement parts, not even on their website. read few responses to other people’s questions about it and still can’t locate them on amazon. should have direct links to the spare parts on the vacuums listing. apparently it’s an issue with a lot of people. 2- can’t get any replacement mop heads. 3- we have had it scheduled to clean/mop at 4am an hour after our samsung is set to vacuum but this one will start cleaning at noon or whenever it decides it wants to clean like it has a mind of its own. we thought maybe it was because of the “dust feature” was on so we disabled it but it still does it. must be on china time. 4- water bin for the mop is very small other than those few things it works pretty good. we mainly use it for the mop feature since we have another. if you’re looking for a decent buy for a vacuum/mop combo i would recommend it for sure.

I was looking for a good robot vacuum that can do a mapping system. I never expected this vacuum to be perfect because it was less than 200 $ but its one of the best purchases I ever made. I recommend this robot vacuum to anyone who needs a good and cheap model.

La mejor compra que he hecho en mi vida cumple con todas las especificaciones absorbe barre y trapea excelente Estoy muy contento. Tengo mascota y mi perrito bota mucho pelo lo cual esta aspiradora me ha resuelto el problema incluyendo absorber todo el polvo que se acumula en la casa, no tengo quejas. El escaneo del mapa virtual segmenta cada espacio de tu casa a una perfección increíble y luego puedes enviar la aspiradora al lugar de preferencia limpia y trapea con una manera ordenada como si tuviera Inteligencia artificial. Me gustaría poder comprarle y que se le adaptara la base de carga que recolecta polvo en una bolsa plástica con gusto la compraría y me ahorraría más tiempo y menos esfuerzo

Impeccable facile a utiliser une fois configurer possède une très bonne cartographie des lieux, détecteurs de bord, tombe pas dans les escaliers, bonne autonomie de batterie tiens facilement 1h en route, par se recharger automatiquement une fois vide de batterie, possède plusieurs options de configuration mode ne pas déranger et autres, vraiment pas dessus de cette aspirateur qui fait également toile avec une très bonne aspiration en qualité medium, pas essayer encore en mode hard personnellement pas lutilité de lessayer le mode medium me suffit, détecteurs de tapis également qui amplifie laspiration, également ultra silencieux pour un aspirateur. Pour résumer très satisfait de cette aspirateur jespère ne pas être déçu dans la longévité du produit
