> 3 dayThis product cleans and vacuums fine. Everything works as advertised. My issue is the battery runs out before my place is finished. I wish there was a ratio that you have a house size X. You need a battery life of size Y. I wish it was faster as well. I could probably vacuum faster the old fashion way.

> 3 daySweeps well. Even better than a person. This unit actually sweeps around furniture legs and gets in the corners. More thorough than a person for the most part. So far I just used the “Smart Cleaning” mode from the app and it thoroughly cleans while mapping your house. Came 49% charged and cleaned about 700sq feet before returning to its charger. Haven’t used the mopping parts yet. So far, impressed.

> 3 dayHonestly, I researched all of robot vacuums in Amazon for few weeks since I can’t afford to have vacuums over $300 like Roborock or irobot. This one has a great tech and ability with cheaper price especially mapping and high motor than other similar price one. I highly recommend it This is the best choice if you are not looking for $500 or above one. Also, the application is able to connect with Alexa and it is very stable.

> 3 dayThis little device actually did a good job mapping my home and then cleaning it. There were a few hitches as with anything like this. It has a habit of getting into places it cant get out of. Ive since learned to block those off. Area rugs can become an issue for it, too, since it tries to push them out of the way. Simply lift them off the floor before using the machine. Although it cleans well, it doesnt get very close to some items like a recliner. And the funniest was when it got stuck under the dining room table. I think it tried to find a way out for nearly fifteen minutes before I felt sorry for the little guy and pulled it out. Now I make sure at least one chair is out of the room. I found the best way to clean was to tell it to clean one room at a time. Since it has already mapped the house, it can be directed to one room at a time. This way the battery doesnt run out before its finished. Dont give your regular vacuum away though. Youll need it for tight spaces, areas around furniture, area rugs, etc. Overall it does a decent job given the limitations it and most similar machines have.

> 3 dayI just moved into a three story condo w hard wood floors so I was looking to upgrade the simple robot vac I had to one that could do some light mopping. I was skeptical since this dual vacc was showing as right around the same price I paid for my “dumb” robot vacc about a year ago but this device has exceeded all my expectations! I honestly wish I would’ve found it sooner. This thing is SMART! I was nervous for how the mapping of the 3 floors would work but as soon as I set it down on a new floor, it immediately recognized the change and began creating a new map for the floor it was now on. The suction of the vacuum is definitely way better than the robot vacc I was using previously and the mopping does a great job at keeping the floors shiny! The app can be a little overwhelming/confusing but once you get the hang of it everything works great. 10/10 would recommend.

> 3 dayWhile I was visiting with my mom in California, I became acquainted with the newest addition to her household, a smart vacuum cleaner robot that she calls Lulu. Since then I have wanted one of these handy devices from my own, and very recently Amazon provided. The Lubluelu 2 in 1 robotic vacuum cleaner /floor cleaner has grown on me over the last few days, even though I will readily admit that it took me a little while to figure out its workings as I am a novice to robotic cleaners. In general, I try to solve the workings of new products without recourse to their manuals, but I did need that little white book this time. While the product may work without an app, it works better with its app and requires a low 2.4 Wi-Fi frequency (and the creation of a username and password… what fun!). While the vacuum talks to you as needed, its English voice isn’t as understandable as would be desired. Initially, I wasn’t that impressed with the job it did on my carpet, but after I adjusted the suction to its highest setting, the machine worked splendidly. Lubluelu does a great job navigating around the house (not up or down stairs, of course), mapping the area, and going over or around obstacles. I was quite pleased with its dust mopping capacity on hardwood floors as well, even though the product doesn’t seem to be able to switch from carpet to hardwood automatically. The water tank is small, but the device is quite economical with its water usage. On full power the device lasted about 80 minutes without needing to recharge, which was plenty of time to finish the job, I assigned it before returning automatically to its charging base. The vacuum bot requires a few minutes of maintenance to empty out its small dust receptacle, take on or off the mop section, and fill with water when necessary, but once you get the hang of it, it beats a standard vacuum cleaner any day. Somewhat noisy, the device is, but you can run it when you arent there and/or ignore the sound. Once I took the dust receptacle out while it was charging and had to reset the device by hand (see manual) to get it to get charging again, but overall, I am quite pleased with this product and would definitely recommend it.

> 3 dayUnit less than 3 months old and the wireless hotspot cant be found to re-pair. Customer support is an email system that never replies. When it worked it was great but for the product to only last a few months, it is not value for money.

> 3 dayFirst couple of days I was super impressed with this robot. It mapped the floor really well and vacuumed great too. It just didn’t mop. I figured it needed to get charged fully. So I waited and then tried again. Exchanged messages with the seller and made sure (again) that I had it set up right. But nope, refuses to mop. Customer service hasn’t given me a clue about what could be wrong with it or if I could fix the issue myself. Sorry to say but this bots going back where it came from!

> 3 dayIm changing my review after finding out it need a internet connection 24/7 like a freaking xbox 1 to phone home. WHY? We had a big storm and wanted to get stuff cleaned up and realized that the app will not work unless you have internet. This is a data mining tool. I will seek legal actions if this is not resolved by the seller. No where in the product description does it say it requires 24/7 internet. This is Dark Patterns behavior. It may be ok in china but no here.
