When packed suitcase falls ( does not stand upright)

I traveled from New Jersey to Florida and the baggage is still in great condition. It fits a good amount of items and the outside deign is easy to spot when trying to pick up your luggage. This also comes with two locks which is something that they dont advertise.

Havent used them yet but they feel very sturdy... Can you update the picture since it has way more hot pink then it has black... The zippers are all hot pink making look different then the image showed with the black zippers..

Luggage was great. Arrived on time.

I travel quite a bit for work. My old luggage was fine--sturdy, uninteresting. I wanted something with pop, with personality and to make it easy for me to pick out of the baggage claim carousel. This set was perfect. I was so excited when it arrived. They are all quite roomy, with zippered areas and a good, sturdy (if short) handle, but the wheels move nicely and easily. I took my most recent trip across the country on the 17th of October, and I easily picked out my bag--and it was torn! In the back, there were two little tears. You can put a finger in and feel the support bars. Like something punctured it, or maybe a hard edged case was jammed up against this soft one. So...this is clearly delicate luggage. Im so upset its already wrecked. You would just think that a suitcase could handle one single leg of a trip!!

I bought this luggage set for my daughter who is 13 and who has moved to Alaska it was perfect . It was just the perfect sizes for all of her stuff. The only thing that was ridiculous was the very cheap locks that you put on them you should just keep those off.

These suitcases held up remarkably well for the price. Weve owned them 6 months, and theyve done 4 long international trips in that time, as well as a few shorter flights. The most recent trip may have proved to be the last for the largest case though, because a bit of the stitching came off the front pocket and the plastic bit on the lower part of the pocket ripped. They did smell quite strongly of plastic when they arrived, but a few days out in the back porch and a bit of febreeze fixed it.

I bought this for a trip to Canada. I like different colors because it is easy to find your luggage at the airport. It had a pretty bad smell at first. Also had tags that said Fabric contains materials that California deems a carcinogen mmmm I looked into it. Its only formaldehyde which is found on most new clothes you buy.... youll be fine.

Have used the varying sizes of the set a few times now. Sturdy! Stands out in a crowd, too. Easy to pick off the carousel. It is also so light and easy to maneuver would recommend to everyone
