Rockland Escape 4-Piece Softside Upright Luggage Set, Telescoping Handles, Black Dot, (14/19/24/28)

I went on vacation several times and used all the pieces on different vacations worked out well for me.

Loved this! I thought it was going to be Cheap looking and not good. Well was I threw off! It arrived within 2-3 days (to hawaii) had that new smell. I cant complain. I read through the reviews before buying it. They suggest to put car board in the back to make it sturdier I totally agree. Thats the only thing Id say if change. Love it!

This luggage set seems worth the money. It arrived on time. It doesnt seem to be the best quality but Im also not a world traveler so I think it will hold up for my annual trips. My main complaint is that I ordered the black dot print and received a much brighter, pink tribal print instead. Since I was leaving for my trip less than a week after receiving this, I didnt have time to return it. As much as Im not crazy about the print I received, its not like Im carrying it around daily and the bright obnoxious print that I have is actually impossible to miss on the luggage carousel at the airport :)

When I received my luggage the zipper on the small carry-on bag was broken. (It had separated from the bag.) I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. The first time I used the bag for a one day trip in my car the zipper broke in the same spot. I only had a few items in the bag and it wasnt even half-full. I contacted the company again and this time they are not replacing it. This luggage is junk. If you do purchase this luggage, please inspect it thoroughly and try it out right away. If anything breaks after 30 days, the company will not replace it, EVEN IF IT BREAKS THE FIRST TIME YOU USE IT.

Pros: True to pictures. Sturdy. Smallest wheeled bag fit under seat as carry-on. Cons: Scuffed and stained after 1st use. Toppled over when filled & upright.

We were very disappointed with this set. All the zipper pulls made of plastic broke off the first time using them. Unfortunately I hadnt checked all the zippers until we were ready to go and were packing and then it was too late to do anything about it. It was truly a pain to unzip with out the pull on the end of the zipper. I realize I paid a great price...it was pretty cheap for a 4 piece set...I guess that is what I get. Also two of the pieces of luggage we cant even roll anymore since the metal was so flimsy and the airline threw them as usuall I assume and bent the metal inside and we couldnt pull the handles out to roll them. SO very disappointed.

I love the luggage. My last set lasted me 10 years and through many travels. The only problem with the pink chevron set which has nothing to do with the luggage itself is that the white got SO dirty first time using it from checking it at airport. Ive used it twice and its so filthy bc of the white. I would recommend not getting anything with white if you will be checking your bag, other than that its a great set.

As others have said - its pretty flimsy. the back doesnt have much support. Also the smallest of the wheeled ones wont stand up on its own when full. (not sure of the others, Ive just used the one so far) Thats slightly annoying when your hands are full and you let go of the handle. But for the price, I can overlook these things. Cute print. cheap price.
