RollerBones Team Logo 98A Recreational Roller Skate Wheels (Set of 8)

Got these for my 6 year old daughter to put on her new christmas skates. She had been skating on some kid skates for 4 months and was progressing quickly. After upgrading, she took another leap in her abilities. After another 5 months of weekly skating these wheels are holding up very well; showing little wear (even with lots of falls) and no deformity.

Great wheels the difference from having 78a on the rink floor to 98a makes a huge difference! One thing is the first time I ordered them my package was completely empty but I just got refunded and ordered again. Totally worth it feels so smooth and fast.

I prefer hard wheels skating outdoors and have found these 98s to be hard enough but not so hard the vibration of unsmooth surfaces is irksome like I find when I use the 101s.

I have brought several set of wheels for my skates. We have adult night at our skating arena with byob ( bring your on bottle), and the floors are the extra slippery concrete floor. Im a rythm skater and I needed a skate that could grip the floor, because I would slide and fall on that hard floor. These wheels worked great,and I was the star of the rink. Everyone else was falling and I was gliding, So far so good.

I ordered 98a but received 101a...and Im glad I didnt return them. They are light and smooth af! I was rolling effortlessly allowing me to do backward skating with a breeze. From here on out, it will 101a wheels for me. Thanks RB!!!

Ive stared to get into skating more and i mostly skate on rough concrete or asphalt and needed better wheels that can handle asphalt. Theses are great but they are a bit slippery but overall have great grip on smoother concrete. These wheels are also really good on the roller rink to and im not slipping and sliding with them like i was with my old wheels. I dont really like how hard it is to get the bearings in though but over all really good wheels.

I own a pair of Roller Bones in black, but they are the older version with the the gold letters. I purchased these (the newer version) for my daughter and she LOVES THEM!! She is an avid JB roller skater, and these are the best wheels in my opinion for executing tricks smoothly without being too slick. The grip is one of a kind.
