So the texture of the wheel isnt that smooth plastic feel it has like small groves all around the wheel if that makes sense. They roll great just be sure to wipe them off atleast every other skate session because they will start to stain.

I recently inherited a pair of really old skates from my dad. The wheels were quite worn out, so I bought these as a replacement. The difference in quality is huge! Would 100% buy again.

The color looks exactly as it photographs. Nice bright purple. The 98a is perfect of a traditional coated skate rink. Great quality.
