I had a roommate who was using my gaming system and magic bullet to make margaritas for his parties etc. without asking first. He wouldnt clean up after himself or leave items as they were. This simple purchase solved a lot of trust issues I had with my roommate. While I dont have kids myself, I would definitely recommend this product for any parents who are concerned with their children spending too much time on video games. This product is also great for parents who are worried about their young childrens safety around electronic and power tools. The product also includes a tag so that you can write which appliance the keys and lock are being used for in case you forget. 10/10 would recommend!

I am very pleased with my new Roride StoPower lock. I have a hot water kettle that displays different colors depending on the temperature set - making it a curiosity for youngsters. This worked wonderfully and has given me peace of mind. The lock is sturdy and holds tight. I will definitely be ordering more.

This product was wonderful, easy to use and gave me the peace of mind that my little ones are protected from electrical sources so prevalent in the home! They are fond of putting things in their mouths especially ends of wires (I’m sure most can relate), so I highly recommend trying this product. I love this - the other day we saw our son trying to plug in something he shouldn’t have his hands on. We didn’t think he would know what to do with a plug, but we were wrong. Glad we caught him when we did. Realized we need to keep these pluggable things away from him. Grabbed a few of these to lock the items we can’t constantly remove between use. Good quality.

I bought it to secure a power saw that lacks its own lock from unauthorized use. This was great for a few months, but now the device is giving me trouble trying to inserting the plug. The plug prongs hit a stop before going fully in, every time. Then, I have to fiddle with the key for a full minute or more before I apparently find some sweet spot in its innards and I can insert the prongs and turn the lock.

Brilliantly designed. Easy to use. One less thing to worry about for kid-safety.
