RUBFAC Mermaid Balloon Garland Kit, Mermaid Tail Arch Party Supplies with Purple Green Confetti Balloons for Mermaid Birthday Party Decorations

After reading the reviews and seeing the price, I decided I would try this out for my sister’s mermaid themed party. I personally think the assembly was fun but keeping it held up was the most difficult part for us since the arch can’t be held up with just tape or the glue stickers that come with the kit. We ended using twine to help hold it up and a chair to hold one end up. In total, it took us about 2-3 hours to set up. This may sound daunting but it actually went by quickly since we were talking and listening to music. We had one person blow up the balloons with a handheld balloon pump (highly recommended, you will get tired if you try to blow this up on your own) and one person arrange the balloons. We alternated putting balloons on each side of the garland. If you blow up the balloons too big, don’t worry. You can add in a smaller sized balloon to fill in the space. Overall it was a great first experience building a balloon arch and it got lots of compliments! I would definitely purchase this again if I ever help with another mermaid themed party :)

I lost a few that popped before and during assembly which I dont think is okay. And then some of the smaller ones were really tough to inflate. Aside from that, it was really simple to put together and Id buy it again

No doubt this balloon arch is an amazing value however, one of the purple fins arrived damaged. I was not able to keep the mermaid fin inflated for too long which was a major disappointment for my daughter. The rest of the arch was well-made and impressively large. In fact, I didn’t even end up using all the balloons due to lack of space. I do wish I had discovered the defect earlier so I could contact the seller for a replacement tail fin.

It was amazing for our pictures! The tail pieces were REALLy hard to inflate though. Also, it took me a second to realize all the balloons were different sizes, so I popped a few. That’s on me. Other than the weird tail end pieces, everything was perfect.

I absolutely loved this kit! Everything you need to make this and more was included and it turned out so beautiful! I received so many compliments on this balloons garland. I was able to put this together 5 days in advanced of the party and yet had no issues with balloons deflating or popping.

The balloon colors and styles were great. Unfortunately, these popped if you looked at them wrong. I had 10 explode while I was working, most of them spontaneously (i.e., nobody was nearby, they just popped). My other issue was that the shaped balloons were incredibly difficult to inflate because the valve openings were so small and the material was so thin. I couldn’t inflate the tail segments because one was ripped and the other one refused to open for the inflator tip. For $12, I can look past the poor durability, but I would give this much less stars if it was selling for $20+.

I love the colors. I added gold balloons from dollar tree. The balloons are not the best quality. I had about 5 balloons popped and I do not inflate them to the max. I always leave extra room because of heat and want them to last longer. These balloons are thin. I love the metallic ones the best but only had 3 of each. Paid $15 for this and probably would pay again.

Some of the important balloons wouldn’t blow up like the tail fins. Could’ve been user error. Instead we just blew them up and let them loose. The little kids loved the color and even though they were rough on them, none popped. The latex balloons were very sturdy.
