> 24 hourThis RVPLAN 50 amp to 30 amp RV adapter is a good quality durable item. The adapter has handy pull handles on each end to make it easier to unplug. The cable size is large and durable. This adapter is a must to have in some campgrounds that only have 50 amp service and your RV only has 30 amp service. I occasionally use adapter for my 30 amp service travel trailer due to weak 30 amp breakers at campsites and they trip easily. I like the quality of this adapter and for the cost online it is a good value as well.

> 24 hourWorks exactly as described. Nothing to write home about, but no major issues either. Seems to be decent quality, and I would guess will most likely outlast its life expectancy.

> 24 hourVery nice, heavy duty. I don’t have a 30 amp shore power setup at home yet, so this will get me by. Good to have anyways. You can see in my picture, I used my long 30 amp cable that goes from our class b Sprinter to a surge protector. Then I have the surge protector plugged into the 30 amp to 15 amp adapter, which plugs into the outlet in the garage. I can leave this plugged in to keep the house batteries topped off while not in use. This allows me to use the Sprinter or do some routine maintenance without having to fire up the generator, which I still do run every couple of weeks anyways. You can use this to do anything in your rig without draining batteries. Just don’t run your AC and microwave at the same time. You can run up to a 12000 btu AC on 15 amps, so no problem there.

> 24 hourDuring the winter, we like to keep our RV plugged in so that the house batteries stay charged and we can run a small heater to (mostly) keep it above freezing. Our RV has 50-amp inputs to allow us to run its multiple air conditioners. With the RVplan 50-amp female to 15-amp male adapter cord, we can plug our RV into it and then plug it into a wall socket. 15-amps is just perfect for what we need.

> 24 hourA prepared RVer will have a number of different electrical adapters should be in the toolbox. RVs are wired to accept a certain amperage, typically 50 or 30 amps. Smaller tow-able RVs (tiny trailers) may be wired for 15/20 amps. Each one has a different plug-in on the connector cables. All well and good, until you find yourself having to plug your RV into an electrical outlet different than that of your RV, which could happen for any number of reasons. For that, you need an adapter, the correct one for the situation.

> 24 hourIve got a 30 A drop cord for my generator / camper with a L5-30R end thats designed for hooking into the service panel at the campground and wanted to be able to hook into TT-30 if necessary, so I ordered this. This Adapter cord and receiver ends are very well made and super sturdy. The conductor prongs and receivers are molded / machined neatly, and appear to be a brass composite. This adapter fit cleanly & securely onto both ends of my test cords, and held firmly.

> 24 hourI recently picked up a used RV and found the plug that came with it did not match my outdoor plug. I got this to use and it seems to work well.

> 24 hourWith an item like this, it either works or it doesnt. This allows me to make a 110V connection to my RV through the 50 AMP connection, which is exactly what I was looking for. All pieces looked protected by insulation and the electrical cord connecting the two looks like a large diameter cord. If you are looking for this type of transition piece, I think this is a good option.

> 24 hourGreat addition to my Rv electric accessory container. Having various pig tail connections is a must when traveling cross country. I consider this a good value.
