> 24 hourI recently picked up a used RV and found the plug that came with it did not match my outdoor plug. I got this to use and it seems to work well.

> 24 hourIve got a 30 A drop cord for my generator / camper with a L5-30R end thats designed for hooking into the service panel at the campground and wanted to be able to hook into TT-30 if necessary, so I ordered this. This Adapter cord and receiver ends are very well made and super sturdy. The conductor prongs and receivers are molded / machined neatly, and appear to be a brass composite. This adapter fit cleanly & securely onto both ends of my test cords, and held firmly.

> 24 hourI purchased this because I wanted a 90 degree elbow to relieve strain on my 30 amp cord going straight into the side of my travel trailer. The dogbone itself is well made as far as I can tell and seems comparable to others that I’ve used. I like the pull handle on the female end to help with unplugging it from the recessed plug on my camper. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice when ordering that the male end has twist lock prongs vs the straight prongs on the female end which wasn’t what I needed, so make sure you‘re aware of that before ordering.

> 24 hourThis is a heavy duty adapter with a thick cable. It worked as expected right out of the box. Good quality cable with nice built-in handle to pull when unplugging the 30 amp side.

> 24 hourWhen getting ready to camp in our motorhome, we like to plug in the motorhome to charge the batteries and let the refrigerator cool. This requires an extension cord, and a dogbone adapter to connect the 15 amp house electrical service to the 50 amp RV power connection. This adapter fills the bill nicely. It is heavily made to last, and I especially like that it includes a handle to make it easier to disconnect. I have used dogbone adapters that do not have a handle, and pulling apart the pieces without the leverage provided by a handle can be very difficult. Like all dogbone adapters, this one is not waterproof, so it must be placed where it will not be exposed to water. I am very happy with this order and look forward to using this adapter for many years in my travels in my RV.

> 24 hourGreat addition to my Rv electric accessory container. Having various pig tail connections is a must when traveling cross country. I consider this a good value.

> 24 hourWith an item like this, it either works or it doesnt. This allows me to make a 110V connection to my RV through the 50 AMP connection, which is exactly what I was looking for. All pieces looked protected by insulation and the electrical cord connecting the two looks like a large diameter cord. If you are looking for this type of transition piece, I think this is a good option.

> 24 hourWhile I have not had the opportunity to test this yet, the build quality appears very solid. It has very robust rubber heads, and very thick gauge wire (as it should). Its not very long, which I prefer, but if you need more of an extension, know that its about 13.5 inches from top to bottom. I have a 30 amp hookup, but have encountered pedestals where the 30 amp was not working, but the others were. So this is a great adapter to have for those situations.

> 24 hourVery nice, heavy duty. I don’t have a 30 amp shore power setup at home yet, so this will get me by. Good to have anyways. You can see in my picture, I used my long 30 amp cable that goes from our class b Sprinter to a surge protector. Then I have the surge protector plugged into the 30 amp to 15 amp adapter, which plugs into the outlet in the garage. I can leave this plugged in to keep the house batteries topped off while not in use. This allows me to use the Sprinter or do some routine maintenance without having to fire up the generator, which I still do run every couple of weeks anyways. You can use this to do anything in your rig without draining batteries. Just don’t run your AC and microwave at the same time. You can run up to a 12000 btu AC on 15 amps, so no problem there.
