SABRENT M.2 NVMe PS5 heatsink (SB-PSHS)

It is fast and the cooler is excellent but the write speed is big disappoint see the picture

Perfetto, come tutti i prodotti sabrent. Per me sabrent ormai è diventato un riferimento e se posso acquito solo i loro prodotti. In particolare, questo arriva nella sua bella confezione con allinterno anche un cacciavitino, utile per linstallazione del dissipatore. Visto che per aprire la ps5 non servono attrezzi, in pratica non vi serve altro.

Love the idea of replacing the PS5s ssd cover with this heatsink. Unlike heatsinks you attach directly to the drive, this heatsink has some weight to it. Surprisedly heavy. Grooves are placed atop to maximize the directional airflow from the PS5s fan. A thermal pad is already attached to the bottom side and runs the full length of the cover. After inserting thought drive into the PS5, peel the plastic on the thermal pad and secure the cover in place of the original cover using the same screw the PS5 came with. Slap your side panel back on and boot up. Very easy to install

I bought this to replace some aging HDDs where I store photographic images for editing. Installed in an OWC Envoy enclosure, this device just sings along. I highly recommend it.

Be aware that once you install this, youre probably going to damage the M2 drive if you try and remove it so get the M2 drive you want for the long haul.

I originally had purchased a different brand SSD for my recent computer build. The drive was shipped DOA. That turned out to be a fortunate thing though, as it was recommended to me to get a drive from Sabrent. I wanted a 4TB m.2 NVMe SSD, and at that size you have few options.
