Excellent pens. I use these to write on fabric. They are perfect for cotton batiks and any good quality cotton. They didnt smear. I recommend you iron your fabric to the waxy side of freezer paper first to make it easier and ensure the ink doesn’t mess up your work surface but you don’t have to. I dye my own fabrics and have just completed a big project with lots of writing on hand dyed fabric and I am very pleased with the result. I was going to purchase an air pen and ink for this but found these pens work and are not as expensive. They are also good for highlighting fabric collages. I set the writing with the iron before washing and so far they haven’t washed out. I use them for quilt labels too. However, If you use muslin or cheaper quality cotton for your labels the ink will run slightly depending on the fabric. I’ve used other colours of micron pens and they are great too. Recommend

I do not believe I write with a lot of force. These tips almost all broke, bent or split with in the first month of using them. They would barely write after they were damaged.

Got these to write in my bible, and they are perfect because they dont really show through the thin pages much. You do need to write a little slower to allow the ink to come through the pen fully however.

Perfect

I love these pens and as a medical student they are great for taking notes and writing in books. However, they only last like 2 weeks before the tip is all the way pushed in. I wish they made some that wont have that occur. They are too expensive to constantly be replacing. Love them but wish they had a longer life.
