These are the only pens I can work with that will not smudge while I draw (Got a heavy left hand here... >.>). Nothing works quite like em. Great because I like to use with watercolor and/or pencil/marker/etc. and they wont smear (Waterproof).

They work amazingly and very durable but with these fine tip pens you must have a very stable hand to have precise and perfectly detailed lines and to be very patient.

Have until recently worked with actual pen and ink cartridge pens. The Sakura Pigma pens are a big improvement over the ink cartridge pens in regards to maintenance and consistency. These pens in actuality are really just fine markers but of high quality. Happy with the way the ink dries almost immediately and the weight of the line stays consistent for a long period during the life of the pen although as the pen ages it must be warmed up a bit to get the ink flowing properly. These pens are also good for making corrections after erasing has been undertaking and dont bleed as conventional ink will. Also a bit concerned about the environment as these are, as far as I know, disposable.

I like these pens, but they dry out really quickly.

I purchased this set almost 20 years ago and just pulled them out of a box and was surprised to find that they still work! Amazing!

Pens are not in manufacturers package, but wrapped in kitchen-type saran wrap. No way to know if previously used, or how stored to prevent drying out, etc. Not as shown or expected.

I got these for an Eggbot machine. About 2 minutes into drawing on an ornament, the first pen gave out. The second lasted about five minutes and the third lasted for hours.

Only 2 if them had the right thickness of tip. Most had little to no ink.
