Greater than one weekUsed these to upgrade the memory in an old Toshiba laptop to the maximum the machine could use. They snapped right in and the machine recognized them with no problem. Extremely easy upgrade.

Greater than one weekWhen I am upgrading the amount of RAM, Samsung is one of the brands I know is safe to purchase. There are very few other brands that I also trust. There are times that price becomes the deciding factor between purchasing Samsun RAM and one of the other trustworthy brands. This last purchase, the Samsung RAM cost a couple of dollars more, so I went with Samsung. There are times however that the price differential is much more. Price differential aside, Samsung RAM is a safe purchase.

> 3 dayMy computer had 2x4 Gb Samsung 204-pin SODIMM, DDR3 PC3L-12800, 1600MHz ram, I needed a matched set of 8 Gb to stay with dual channel. Went in great and worked no snags. Note: I Updated the computer bios prior to installation, and this is a must! I am not totally sure that I needed the extra 8 Gb of ram, but that was all I could do to upgrade the computer. I would not have been happy with less than the max.

Greater than one weekSolid performance as expected. Haven’t tested a lot of games but would work normally as would any other ram.
