The ssd was advertised to be a 4tb but I only received a 500gb ssd. Sticker said 4tb but box says 500gb. Pretty false advertising. Be careful!

Old HD was crashing on laptop. Swapped out for Samsung 870 evo put it all back together, reinstalled windows and its better than new.

Easy install wish it came with screws for install in pc case.

This SSD is great and more reliable than a hard drive. It is smaller physically and just plug and play operation makes it a great replacement drive, however the mounting is different from the hard drive

Finally had my Samsung 850 EVO fail. It was in a raid 1 format, so no data lost. Replaced both 850 with these 870s. Rebuilding the 870 from original 850 took 3.5 hours. Rebuilding from 870 to 870 only took 93 minutes.

I like it very much. Using this to make migration of my laptop data , just in case current ssd corrupted. All ssd has a life span of few years.

I have multiple of these SSDs and I couldnt be happier. I use them almost exclusively for games with one drive dedicated to file storage and back-ups. Couldnt be happier and have never had one fail.

Just got yesterday and the SSD works really good

This is combined with the cable and the mini tool partition wizard. I copied the whole system over to this drive it was easy to mechanically install. I was amazed when I powered it up, my exact image and Icons were right where I left them. It works like a charm much faster than my Hdd drive which by the way was manufactured in 2015 now the machine is not that old. 3 years but not the lag time from manufacture to use in your laptop. Now I looked up the ssd drives expected life is 10 years. cool never got more than 3 years out of an hdd drive.
