Long overdue but let me tell you, folks, the Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB NVMe SSD is an absolute beast! I had swapped out my old, sluggish HDD for this bad boy, and its like my computer had a double espresso shot.

Just a heads up to make sure you have the standup and mounting screws needed to correctly install the drive. I had hoped that at least the screws would be included, but ended up ordering them (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07D6G9XXL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) which delayed the upgrade by a few days.

Easy to install, i only wish i had bought 2TB

Cloned for my new pc and it makes it hum. Work it hard and no temp problems. I did add a heat sink. Like the speed and space. Samsung makes the best sad hard drives

Quite simply the best performance you can get at least for now. They need to become more competitive with price and size.

Wanted to expand my boot drive from 256 GB to 1 TB to allow for an easier workflow. This SSD works great and was easy to install.

Works great and was a breeze to install on my atx form b550 rog motherboard works way faster than a normal hdd and has space for all my games

As advertised, this SSD is expensive but will give you a reliable and fast read/write. Bench test matched the product specification. (4 star only because of price!)
