I could not get into the tablet. It had been refurbished by Refurbished guaranteed. After one resets a tablet, if you dont have an email that had previously on your account. I called, he said it should have been totally wiped.

My son loves it and it was easy to set up and I got him a SIM card now he can receive calls

Only lasted about 1 hour then came up saying it had something incorrect or outdated installed and gave no explanation how to correct i contacted seller got no help so I returned it because it wont do anything and now Amazon gives me a 50% refund this is bull I dont believe this is how a customer should be treated if its junk its junk and I want all my money back .VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
