apparently this is a well known issue with googles software...so when the unit arrived I powered it up and proceeded to go through as a new user would...problem is even though the unit was factory reset, the unit INSIST I sign in with the previous account, not my own active account! and it absolutely will not advance from that point... INSANE! Youtube has various directions around this but this unit doesnt have a home key thats needed.

Only lasted about 1 hour then came up saying it had something incorrect or outdated installed and gave no explanation how to correct i contacted seller got no help so I returned it because it wont do anything and now Amazon gives me a 50% refund this is bull I dont believe this is how a customer should be treated if its junk its junk and I want all my money back .VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 of these. They are great. however one came with the wrong charger. They take a micro usb and one came with usb c.

The smallest little scratch on the screen, took me a week to even notice. It’s seems slow to me only using one app, but maybe that’s because I’m used to my phone with a much faster processor.

We use this for controlling our digital sound board, it is compact and very capable of what we need.

Unable to use, permanently set to previous owners google account. This is a known issue and they continue to sell them.

So far so good. The tablets screen not very sensitive.
