I’ve owned this for about 3 years. It never had good or even average performance. The screen has always been LO-DEF. But lately it takes about 10 seconds to respond to any command. You never k if it took your touch comm. so you wait up to 20 seconds or touch again and get several commands you did not want. Hitting BACK then takes 10 seconds (MINIMUM) again. UNUSABLE. The only recommendation I can give is “DO NOT BUY THIS TABLET, NEW (if the’re still producing this garbage) OR USED!

This was a Valentine’s Day gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it

Its probably one of the best decisions Ive made this year. I was worried about buying refurbished but it does everything advertised and Ive had a couple misshaps to attest to its durability. Picture is perfect, everything runs smooth and the battery is surprisingly long lasting. Ive noted 12 hrs between charges and probably longer depending on use, of course. I dont usually write reviews for anything but obviously Im a happy customer.

I use this in an airplane for ADSB In traffic and as a GPS to drive an auto pilot. For those tasks its marginal. The case is too slippery so I am always afraid I will drop it. I set the screen for max brightness, run two APPS, and after 1.5 hours the battery is down to 75%. The USB connector is not very good. You have to be very careful connecting it. I do not use it for sound or to watch movies. The GPS has been rock solid. The touch screen doesnt always work. During todays flight I needed a new course and pressed the route 20 times before it sensed the touch. This unit will be replaced.

The Galaxy E9 stopped working shortly after I received it. It would never go beyond 28% of the charge and would become extremely hot. So, for what it is worth I would never buy an Samsung product again. Thank You

I got this tablet so my toddler can be entertained when we are on the road which is a lot. I need her movies and shows downloaded and the storage in this sucks horribly. Granted I knew some would be used up by the uncluded apps but even then I feel like it got full so quick. I love samsung and all my electronics are but this one feels like a miss. Battery life is decent but then again my daughter doesnt use it too much. If tou plan to buy this GET AN SD CARD!
