Dont waster your money! The tablet has hardware problems as it is constantly shutting down.This tablet worked great for about 10 months and then it began freezing, restarting (sometimes caught in a loop), and now finally shutting down 2 months later. It was tested with an oscilloscope showing a severe drop in voltage as it unexpectedly shut down, which may be faulty soldering. Hours were spent trying to identify if applications were causing the restarting and after several reset to factory settings, the problems still exist. The next step is checking to see if it is an issue with the battery or circuit board. In either case, this tablet is no longer functional until it is disassembled and repaired by a professional. Google search Samsung restarting to find many customers with the same problem!

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and navigate with great picture quality to watch YouTube, watching movies, and gaming

Speaker came broken and blown, the tablet it self didnt come reset or linked to a gmailnaccount. So it was locked to the prior account. You cant even Crack into it to reset it. Terrible product. Would have rather bought one brand new.

Very good tablet, it is exactly what I expected.

The plastic that covered and held in place one of the magnets, broke off.

Normally I do not buy refurbished tablets or phones because of the security issues if the previous owner has not turned it off then the item is a brick with no use to me. This was a great deal so I took a chance again and it was a winner the tablet was every thing I expected and more. I had no problem setting it up and establishing my account and it has been wonderful with out any problems. If I sis not know any better I would assume it was a new tablet that was returned.
