> 3 dayI wish I could give NO stars! I am on my 2nd one. 1st one I bought didnt even have it for 2 weeks and the screen wouldnt turn on only blink. Had to return it and buy a new one (they couldnt replace it). So in January I bought another one. BIG mistake. This one has now been sent in to Samsung due to it not recognizing the S Pen. It says to attach it to back of the tablet when it is already attached.. Samsung sent it back without fixing it!! Called them and they said they will send a new S Pen.. I said no that was already done and it did nothing. So they said they would escalate the ticket and its been like 2 weeks now and I have heard nothing so I have to call AGAIN! Well, now there is a new issue. I plugged my tablet in earlier because it was dead.. I just took it off the charger to turn it on.. nope.. the screen only flashes (just like the 1st tablet I had did). So I checked to see what it did when I plugged it back in and nope it wont charge either just like before. Im am SOOO mad!

> 3 dayI barely used the tablet since purchase and now Im locked out of it. I know that I didnt set pin to something I wouldnt remember. And the stupid tablet wont even allow me to do a reset...and its in airplane mode for some reason Im pissed.

It is not 10-20% difference - it is 10X We feel like lost 5 years with Samsung products. We checked on a lot of reviews and nobody talked about pics quality. Just check yourself.
